By accessing or using RS SOLUTIONS' engineering services, software products, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RS SOLUTIONS and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RS SOLUTIONS.
3. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver high-performance systems with precision. However, all deployment timelines and engineering specifications are subject to the project scope defined in the individual service agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RS SOLUTIONS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
